Signature Series Early Harvest

Each season a selection of olives is harvested in early November just before the olives ripen. This unique mono- cultivar organic extra virgin olive oil is extracted from olives grown in Corinth, Greece. Τhe olive oil produced is rich and thick with a full, buttery taste, with tones of spring and aftertaste of early winter. Perfect to be served with fresh cut salads and/or on bread with a pinch of oregano and a squeeze of lemon.
